big house I have 5000 SQFT House renting fully furnished bedrooms out. All rooms are a good size and have a walk-in closet. Currently, I have a special going on for the first 6 months of rent is 900 per room. 1 oversize bedroom also available for an extra 100. Dogs are allowed and there is a discounted buddy system if you rent 2 or more rooms you get an extra 100 dollars knocked off for a year. So if you get 2 or 3 rooms with a friend for the first 6 months your rent will be 800 if you go through the buddy system.
Keyless entry will be installed in each bedroom so you will have a personalized code to enter your bedroom. All rooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. if you have any questions feel free to ask.
