This room is located on the ground floor and has one door going into the kitchen and a second one into the ground floor bathroom (can be locked from both sides).
Central air heating and cooling, dishwasher, washer and dryer (in the basement), full unfinished basement for extra storage, some free off-street parking and some free on-street parking available, small backyard (no fence), living room on upper floor. Flooring in the kitchen and entry hallway will be replaced (laminate wood planks), carpet on the stairs will be replaced, and unit will be painted before next move-in.
