You'll be enchanted from the moment you lay eyes on this 2-story, 1268 square feet, 4-bedroom 2-bath cottage with its warm wheat-colored stucco exterior accented with soft-green shutters and trim, white picket fence and front yard planted in colorful flowering natives. The entire home has been updated to perfection and is furnished with a casually sophisticated decor.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with complementary wine and cheese, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear.
First Floor:
Great Room: Gas fireplace, a 42" HDTV with Blu-Ray Disc Player, a small video collection and a small library, dining area has a table for 6.
Renovated kitchen: Stainless steel appliances - gas range, oven, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher. French doors from the kitchen open to a side yard, with a gas grill and a table for 6.
A small pass-through bathroom between the kitchen and a sitting room has a shower.
4th bedroom: twin trundle bed can sleep 2.
Second Floor: 3 bedrooms and 1 bath.
Master has a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has two twins which convert to a king with Memory Foam topper.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed.
The bathroom has a small shower.
One small car can be parked in the garage; on-street parking is available. Everything is provided for a day at the beach, located only 5 minutes away. The aquarium is about 20 minutes away on foot.
Small dogs under 25lbs may be welcomed upon owner approval and fee.
