You will enjoy panoramic ocean views of Monterey Bay from multiple rooms in this 1-story, mid-century home. Natural beauty surrounds this 1350 square feet, 3-bedroom, 2-bath house,with the gorgeous 15-mile coastal walking trail just out your front door.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with complementary wine and cheese, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear.
Living room: 50” flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and a video library.
Family room: Books, games, washer and dryer.
Kitchen: Fully equipped.
Dining room: Table seats up to 8.
Master bedroom: King bed - Master bath has a small tiled shower.
Guest bedroom #1: Queen bed.

Guest bedroom #2: Two twins that can be converted to a king with a Memory Foam topper and a TV.
An outside area at the rear of the home is completely fenced and has outdoor dining for 6 and a gas grill.
One car can be parked in the single car garage where you can also find everything you need for outings to the beach. Two cars can park in the driveway and additional street parking is available in front of the house.
