Tusk Villas is an all girls house located right on frat row! The house comes with a movie room, gym, study area, outdoor patio, in unit washer and dryer, bike rack, and a private parking lot. It is about a 5 minute walk to USC village and a 7 minute walk to campus. The house is also within the free lyft zone. I am looking to sublease my room for the spring semester (January - July) starting at $1190 for a triple room or $2380 for a double room all including utitilies! The room is fully furnished and comes with a twin bed, two closets, a desk/chair, wifi, and a heater/AC. The house if fully secured and you will recieve a key FOB to enter the house as well as a unique code to enter each bedroom. All girls living are USC students and it is a perfect opportunity to meet new friends and other USC students.
